Account privacy

Delete your Sheetzer account data

You can request closure or deletion of a Sheetzer account, including the authentication link created when you sign in with Facebook or Google.

Updated 19 August 2026

Never send your password, Facebook access token, Google token, one-time code, wallet secret, or private key. Sheetzer only needs enough information to verify that you control the account.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email from the email address used for your Sheetzer account to support@sheetzer.net.
  2. Use the subject Sheetzer account deletion request and state that you want your Sheetzer account closed and eligible personal account data deleted.
  3. If you signed in with Facebook or Google, you may mention that provider so the authentication linkage can be checked as part of the request.
  4. Sheetzer may ask you to confirm the request from the account email or while signed in before deletion is completed.

What the request covers

For a normal account-deletion request, Sheetzer will remove or de-identify the account profile and the stored authentication linkage used to recognize future Google or Facebook sign-ins. Sheetzer does not retain provider access tokens. If you used Facebook Login, the stored one-way hash derived from your Facebook account identifier is part of the authentication linkage covered by the request.

Information that may need to remain

Some billing, payment-verification, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, or legally required records may need to be retained or de-identified instead of immediately erased. The current rules are described in the Sheetzer Privacy notice.

Facebook Login users

This page is Sheetzer's user-data-deletion instructions URL for Meta/Facebook Login. You can use the same process above even if you can no longer access Facebook, as long as Sheetzer can verify control of the Sheetzer account email.
