Service terms

Terms for using Sheetzer

These terms apply to the Sheetzer browser-based image conversion tool, member accounts, paid subscriptions, and related pages. The service operator is Sheetzer. Use the service only if you can follow these terms.

Effective 21 August 2026

What Sheetzer provides

Sheetzer provides browser-based tools that help turn supported raster images into downloadable vector or maker-oriented files. The converter and Sheetzer Online Editor can be used without an account. Visitors may complete up to 5 successful conversions in a rolling 24-hour period, while signed-in Free accounts receive up to 7 in the same rolling period. Paid plans use monthly conversion allowances with no daily conversion cap: Maker includes 500, Pro 2,000, Studio 7,500, Business 25,000, and Scale 100,000 conversions per monthly quota cycle. Studio and higher plans may create managed sub-accounts that consume the main workspace allowance, optionally with individual member caps. Yearly billing changes the payment frequency and discounted price only; the included conversion allowance still resets monthly and unused monthly capacity does not roll over. Paid plans also include higher file limits and ad-free access. Features, supported formats, plans, and availability may change as the service is improved.

Machine output must be inspected before use. A generated file can contain open paths, duplicate lines, unwanted detail, incorrect scale, or geometry unsuitable for a particular material or machine. Preview, measure, repair, and test the file with safe settings before cutting, engraving, routing, or plotting.

Your images and necessary rights

You keep whatever rights you already hold in an image and in output that the law permits you to own. You must have the rights or permission needed to upload, process, download, and use each image. Do not use Sheetzer to infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.

Sheetzer does not grant rights to third-party images, brands, characters, designs, fonts, or other material merely because the tool can process them. You are responsible for checking whether personal, commercial, or other planned use is permitted.

Local processing

The rebuilt homepage converter is designed to process selected images locally in your browser. Using it does not give Sheetzer ownership of your selected image. See the Privacy notice for the behavior of this release.

Safe and acceptable use

You must not use Sheetzer to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, bypass limits or access controls, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with other users.

Sheetzer does not operate your laser, CNC machine, plotter, or other equipment. You are responsible for machine setup, ventilation, material suitability, fire protection, eye and respiratory protection, supervision, calibration, units, scale, and compliance with the equipment manufacturer's instructions.

Output and warranties

Conversion is automated and depends on the source image, selected settings, browser, downstream software, material, and equipment. Sheetzer does not promise that output is accurate, complete, unique, non-infringing, manufacturable, or suitable for a particular purpose. Always keep the source file and verify the result independently.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and notify Sheetzer if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not create or switch accounts, clear browser storage, change devices, or otherwise attempt to reset or bypass a daily allowance. Free usage can be pooled across matching account identifiers, secure device cookies, browser request signatures, and public IP addresses or IPv6 network prefixes. People sharing one public network may therefore share one free allowance. You may not share, sell, automate access to, or transfer an account in a way that bypasses plan limits or access controls. Sheetzer may suspend an account to investigate fraud, abuse, chargebacks, security problems, or violations of these terms.

Plans, subscriptions, and payment processing

Current base plan prices and included capacity are shown on the Pricing page. The amount, currency, billing interval, applicable taxes, discounts, and renewal terms shown in the final checkout before you confirm are authoritative for that purchase.

For Paddle purchases, Paddle is Sheetzer's authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, applicable taxes, receipts, recurring subscription billing, cancellation billing actions, and payment refunds. Paid Sheetzer plans automatically renew on the monthly or yearly billing interval selected at checkout until canceled. Yearly billing changes charge frequency only; Sheetzer conversion allowances continue to reset monthly. The final Paddle checkout total, discount, applicable taxes, renewal interval, and next charge shown before purchase are authoritative for that transaction. Sheetzer receives only the Paddle identifiers and subscription state needed to provision access and does not receive or store a complete card number or card security code. For Paddle payment help, use Paddle buyer support.

You can open Paddle's customer portal from your signed-in Sheetzer account to review invoices, update an eligible payment method, and cancel a subscription. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the current billing period normally stops future renewals while allowing paid access through that period. A cancellation is not automatically a refund. If a Paddle payment becomes past due, Sheetzer may keep access available while Paddle retries the payment and may ask you to update your payment method. Access is withdrawn when the subscription becomes paused or canceled unless another valid entitlement applies.

A separately labeled legacy manual-payment route may be enabled for existing operations. It is not part of the normal Paddle checkout path. Manual transfers remain pending until independently verified. Never send Sheetzer a password, full card number, private key, seed phrase, or one-time code.

The temporary 50% promotion advertised through 12 September 2026 UTC is applied to Paddle purchases only through the configured real Paddle discount. Sheetzer does not silently substitute a client-calculated or unofficial Paddle checkout price. If the required Paddle price or discount mapping is unavailable, Paddle checkout remains unavailable until the mapping is corrected.

Every advertised paid plan includes Sheetzer's 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds, duplicate-payment corrections, and cancellation details are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, limited, suspended, or unavailable, including for maintenance or security reasons. Sheetzer does not promise uninterrupted access or permanent support for a particular browser, format, or feature. Do not rely on Sheetzer as the only copy of a project.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for how you use generated files and for losses caused by uninspected output, unsafe equipment operation, unlawful source material, or violation of these terms. Nothing here excludes a right or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the version presented with this release. Continued use after an updated version is published means the updated terms apply to later use.
