Refunds & cancellations
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Every advertised Sheetzer paid plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. This policy explains recurring Paddle subscriptions, cancellation and payment refunds.
Effective 21 August 2026
Paddle purchases
Paddle is Sheetzer's authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for Paddle purchases. Paddle processes payments, applicable taxes, receipts, recurring subscription billing, cancellation billing actions and payment refunds. Paddle purchases automatically renew on the monthly or yearly billing interval selected at checkout until canceled. Yearly billing changes charge frequency only; Sheetzer conversion allowances continue to reset monthly. Paddle checkout shows the authoritative total, discount, applicable tax, renewal interval and next charge before purchase.
Canceling a Paddle subscription
Use the Sheetzer account page to open Paddle's customer portal for invoices, eligible payment-method updates and cancellation. Cancel before the next renewal if you do not want another charge. Unless an immediate refund or cancellation is separately approved, a cancellation scheduled at period end stops future renewal while paid access normally continues through the current paid billing period. A cancellation by itself does not refund an earlier payment.
Cancellation and refund are separate actions. Canceling prevents a future renewal. A refund request asks for an eligible earlier payment to be returned.
30-day money-back guarantee
You may request a refund within 30 days of an eligible paid-plan purchase covered by the advertised guarantee. No reason is required for an eligible request made during that guarantee period. Sheetzer must still identify the original transaction and confirm the request is from the account holder.
How refunds are returned
For Paddle transactions, approved payment refunds are processed through Paddle and returned according to Paddle's payment-method and processing rules. Sheetzer does not directly return a Paddle transaction outside Paddle. Taxes, exchange rates, bank processing and payment-network timing can affect the final timing or displayed amount. For Paddle billing help, use Paddle buyer support.
A separately labeled legacy manual-payment route may be enabled for existing operations. Refund review for that route is handled separately and is not part of normal Paddle checkout.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation, withdrawal or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded in the customer's jurisdiction.
